Sesame oil (SESAM); vitamin B12 (as Methylocobalamin); silica.

Dosage

1 drop in each nostril every day for 2 weeks in the morning. Maintenance dose: Squeeze twice a week, one drop into each nostril, unless otherwise advised.

Required average (EFSA)	4 µg/d; no upper limit
CureSupport dosage	Vit B12: 1000 µg/2 drops Vit B12: 5000 µg/2 drops
For a 5-year old child	1.5 µg/d; no upper limit

Gaat moeilijk open bij eerste gebruik, je moet hem een beetje doordrukken ofzo. Je verwacht een spray maar het is gewoon een druppel. Leek net alsof ik een bloedneus had haha
