Is there any alcohol in your products?
Most of our products are alcohol free. We strive to make all our products alcohol free in the future. We added icons on our product pages to make it easy to recognise. If you see the alcohol free icon you can be sure this product does not contain it. Some of our products contain alcohol. This alcohol percentage is not harmful when used normally. The quantity of alcohol per day is namely very low, although it is not advised for young children and it is better to consult with a physician.
Is there any sesame in your products?
Our B12 nasal drops contain purified sesame oil and thus there is a small chance there are sesame allergens in these products.
Is there any soy in your products?
Currently, our liposomal products still contain SOY lecithin and thus there is a small chance there are soy allergens in our products. We strive to make all our products with sunflower lecithin so we eliminated this issue for all our clients.
Are your products vegan?
Our D3 is extracted from sheep’s wool. Therefore, our products that contain D3 (D3, K2+D3, ADEK & Multivitamin) are vegetarian. Our other products are vegan since these do not contain any products of animal origin.

Can I also pick up my order?
Yes, by appointment, you can pick up your order at our location in Deventer. For this purpose, please contact our customer service dept. via webshop@curesupport.com
What countries do you send orders to?
We ship worldwide. Please note the shipping costs per country and the restrictions regarding CBD-products in the country that your items are sent to.

When can I expect my order?
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 13:00 CEST are sent the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are sent on Monday. After that, we depend on the delivery services. You can expect your package to arrive within 1-2 days if it is not a busy period at the delivery company. Keep an eye on your track & trace code. The aforementioned information does not apply for international shipments.
Can I adjust the order date?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to adjust the order date.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order is packaged and ready for shipment, you will receive a track & trace code. This lets you track your order live.
Can I return my products?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days upon receipt. You can report your return to the customer service dept. stating the reason of the return. Our customer service dept. will send you the return information. The return costs are your responsibility.
What payment methods do you offer?
On our website you can pay with iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, GiroPay and sofort banking.
